Club Statement 06/11/2020

In light of Lockdown2, The Club’s Officers have held an EGM to consider operational expenses and player subs during this current and potential future football closures.

Financial Position – Whilst The Club has recently spent £13,500 on kit and equipment, then £16,500 on ground development, these funds were raised and ring-fenced over the last years, meaning that The Club remains solvent with working capital to ensure normal operation in the years ahead. A comprehensive Annual Report will be released once we can secure an AGM, now planned virtually to mitigate Covid-19 before year-end.

Player Subs – We kindly ask that player subs are paid as normal for November 2020 with The Club giving 25% of November payments to the individual teams to then spend as they desire.

IF HOWEVER PARENTS WANT OR NEED TO STOP PAYMENTS WE FULLY UNDERSTAND AND WILL FULLY COMPLY.

Therefore fees will not be suspended for Lockdown2, however we will review this if it exceeds the suggested December 2nd completion.

Player Debt – Player subs in deficit (before 05/11/2020) will remain due for payment. No new or further debt will be accrued for November 2020.
